1. I learned to slow down and think about what I am saying. To be aware of the words I say, and not just utter random ramblings.
2. The teachings seemed very grounded and easy to understand, yet full of wisdom. I found myself taking note of how she talked slow enough to be fully understood, without being condescending.
3. I would be interested to know more about how various sounds and words can help with ones emotions and life in general.
What do I love to do? How can I make a living doing that?
I have pursued auto mechanics, and have loved every minute of it.
When making phone calls I might loose my dignity.
The process might be calling and misunderstanding the person.
A “bad” outcome might be not being clear, misunderstanding.
If I do this, I might gain experience and more time.
The process might be calling and having a normal conversation.
A “good” outcome might be using my time effectively and being a good communicator.
I want to know myself, and be happy with what I do. I want to help others, and be the best I can be.
My purpose is to bring groundedness to myself and others, and experience the satisfaction that results.
I am self deprecating. I avoid situations where I may fail, instead of engaging in uncomfortable things.
I am enough. I embrace uncomfortable situations, for through them I continue to grow.
A time when I was at my best was when I was the 3rd highest in command running a camp out for over 300 people. I had about 4 hours of sleep, and 3 hours to do 5 hours worth of work. I rose to the occasion and completed my tasks in time.
What I enjoy doing most is any kind of work where I have to solve problems, especially ones that evolve as you work them. For me, auto mechanics and a great way to express this.
I have the most energy when I am working on vehicles. I have missed meals before because I was so focused on my project. I wake up ready to start the day, and excited about my work.
I have been initiated by my relationships in several ways. I tend to make friends with people who inspire me and make me wonder. I have developed a interest in auto mechanics through two relationships I have. I am pulled towards relationships which make me want to do more and do it better.
My most useful masculine qualities are focus and intention. My most useful feminine quality is diffuse awareness.
I struggle to connect to structure, flow, and receptive.
I sometimes take focus to an unhealthy extreme.
I sometimes take on the codependent victim role during confrontations. I am working on acknowledging this and taking responsibility for my actions. By doing so I can shift into the creator role.
